About us ...

„What now… well, let's play…“, so easily like this the music career of CM Grajcar started in 2000. It was the end of the year. People were preparing for a new millennium and in one picturesque village in South Moravia, Podluží region, near Hodonín, a band of musician agreed that this would be the right day for the beginning of something new … And so our playing has lasted till today. We have been giving the pleasure and good spirit to hearts of our listeners for ten years. We play on various occasions like birthday parties, weddings, balls, gatherings, etc. Our repertoire includes songs from Moravia, Slovakia, but we are also able to wander into other genres. The dulcimer band has five members:

Our CD

We published our first CD called "Zahrajme si" in June 2007. There are songs lively, cheerful and humorous as are cheerful people living in Podluží area. Their variety reminds a variety of colours of folk costumes which are still an important part of life in this area.
